The idea for OGMO Foods took root in her village while working closely with farmers. It was here that a rural staff member introduced her to thinnai (foxtail millet) koozhu (porridge)—a traditional and nutrient-rich dish.

Inspired by the potential of these miraculous grains, Sanjeeta realized her mission: to make millets a staple for a larger audience.

Combining her expertise in recipe development with the guidance of a skilled nutritionist, Sanjeeta spent months researching and crafting a versatile range of millet-based products.
