Gaido Technologies

When Gaido Technologies was founded in 2019, it entered the market as India’s first fully paperless digital valet parking solution — a bold, tech-first move in a traditionally manual space. Fast forward to 2025, and Gaido has transformed into a rapidly scaling player in smart security system solutions, driven by innovation, resilience, and a rock-solid founding team.

The journey wasn’t linear — it was strategic.

Born in Disruption, Forged in Resilience

Gaido’s official launch in December 2019 was met with early momentum as clients subscribed to its monthly SaaS model for valet management. But by March 2020, the pandemic had brought the hospitality industry — Gaido’s primary clientele — to a standstill.

Instead of retreating, the team pivoted.

Recognizing the growing demand for contactless entry and automated gate management, Gaido’s founders invested the next six months in product R&D, partner onboarding, and segment testing. Their first gate automation sale came in October 2020, marking a turning point.

Since then, there’s been no looking back.

The Founders: A Tactical, Complementary Trio

At the heart of Gaido’s evolution are its co-founders — Rishab, Kapil, and Dhwani — each bringing unique expertise to the table.

Rishab, the operations lead & systems/process expert, ensures seamless on-ground execution and partner relationships, critical in a domain that relies on service reliability and uptime.

Kapil, with a strong background in sales & tech infrastructure, drives product innovation and enterprise growth strategies. His foresight helped Gaido shift focus at the right time.

Dhwani, the number genius, who head procurement and finance to ensure both the top-line and EBITDA targets are achieved.

Together, they form a highly tactical team — capable of building, adapting, and scaling at startup speed with enterprise depth.

Growth with Impact — Across India

Since its pivot, Gaido has successfully deployed 750+ smart access and gate automation projects across India — from the corporate hubs of Hyderabad and Chennai to prestigious establishments in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Projects with Tata Aerospace, Aditya Birla Group, Heritage Foods Ltd., Hyderabad & Bangalore Airport, Indian Army- Artillary centres, etc.,  reflect the trust Gaido has earned in both private and public sectors.

Their proprietary ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system, originally designed for parking access, has now found applications in hotels and hospitals — allowing clients like Novotel, Radisson, Hyatt, Sheraton, GRT Hotel and Continental Hospitals to track vehicular movement with accuracy and ease.

A Team That Scales

Beyond the founders, Gaido has built a strong, cross-functional team that handles everything from project implementation to after-sales support. In a domain where reliability and response time matter most, this backbone team is one of Gaido’s strongest assets.

Whether it’s deploying a boom barrier in Assam or a sliding gate motor in Gujarat, Gaido ensures timely execution, training, and service — a promise many larger companies struggle to maintain.

The Road Ahead

Now eyeing full Scale National Expansion and exploring collaboration opportunities, Gaido Technologies is poised to evolve from a fast-scaling Hyderabad-based startup into the country in smart security and access control.

With their proven execution across Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Gujarat to Assam, and a powerful blend of tech, teamwork, and tenacity, Gaido is not just growing — it’s redefining what secure, seamless access should look like in the modern world.
