Vishal Baid

This story is of Vishal Baid and his Family. How he started his beauty brands ‘dapper dude‘ along with his Dad and great support from his Late Mother in the initial stage and built an empire from Rs.100 to 30 cr current turn over.

It goes back to the year 2001 when Vishal Baid at the age of 21 and his Dad started looking for a new Business…They met a Gentleman from Germany who introduced them to Janssen cosmeceuticals and they took Full India Distribution..This is how they got started into Beauty Business.

After 2 years they started their own brand called Skin Miracle…It was formulated in France  and Manufacturing was done in Malaysia..Then they started Manufacturing even in India with brand called La Marinere..Later they made another brand called Blu Essentials.

After initial hiccups and lots of hard work Vishal with his small Team members started marketing their products to Salons across India.

Their big breakup started with Green Trends Chain of Salons and then they brought out Monodose Facial kits (first time in India) and got entry into Naturals chain of salons.

In the year 2019 he started building professional Team and hired his long term Friend Mr.Sunil to make a professional Team and start expansion all over India more aggressively! just before the Covid he thought of bringing an exclusive Mens skin and hair care products and the brand Dapper dude was born..But it took 3 years for them to formulate and test market and they got the products in India in 2023 with their brand Ambassador Bollywood Actor Mr.Neil Nitin Mukesh!

Mr. Vishal Baid’s Turnover for last year for all group companies surpassed 30 cr and his vision is to reach 100 cr by 2025..His company is 100% bootstrap..He always be want to be Thankful for his success to his Dad, Mom, Wife and kids who’s got their share of luck! He still likes traveling in auto rikshaw whenever  gets a chance! His motto in life is be always humble and stick to your roots!
