Diva Daulti: Democratizing Fashion Manufacturing Since its inception in March 2025, Diva Daulti has been on a mission to dismantle the barriers that keep aspiring designers from launching their own labels. Born out of a desire to bring order to a chaotic industry, this Noida-based startup is bridging the gap between creativity and production. By combining fashion expertise with operational efficiency, Diva Daulti is proving that you don’t need a massive factory to create a massive impact.
Meet the Visionaries: Anamika and Arunoday The story of Diva Daulti is one of resilience and complementary skills. It began with Anamika Kumar, a NIFT Kolkata alumnus who, despite her expertise, found herself undervalued in a traditional export house. Earning a modest salary of Rs 30,000-40,000, she faced a defining moment when her employer withheld two months of her salary upon learning of her entrepreneurial ambitions.
Instead of retreating, Anamika turned this setback into a setup for a comeback. She joined forces with Arunoday Kumar, a software expert with a knack for systems and logic. Together, these 24-year-old founders from Bihar pooled their life savings—Rs 1.73 Lakh—to bootstrap their vision from a humble flat in Noida.
The Disruption: Breaking the MOQ Barrier Every startup solves a problem, and Diva Daulti tackled one of the fashion industry’s biggest pain points: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
Most manufacturing houses turn away small orders, stifling innovation from new entrepreneurs. Anamika and Arunoday decided to rewrite the rules.
The 5-Piece Promise: They offered production runs as low as 5 pieces, allowing new brands to test markets without heavy capital investment.
End-to-End Solutions: Realizing clients needed more than just stitching, they evolved into a full-stack partner, handling designing, sampling, fabric sourcing, and even photoshoots.
A Journey of Exponential Growth The market responded instantly to their unique value proposition. What started as a small operation in a flat has transformed into a robust business engine.
Early Traction: In May and June, the business recorded a revenue of Rs 1 Lakh.
The Surge: By July and August, revenue surged to Rs 2.5 Lakh as word of their quality and flexibility spread.
Stabilization & Expansion: Post-September, the founders expanded operations, invested in industrial machinery, and moved to a dedicated facility. Today, Diva Daulti generates a steady monthly revenue of Rs 3.5 Lakh to Rs 4 Lakh.
The Road Ahead To date, Anamika and Arun have served over 100 clients, maintaining a strong portfolio of 20-30 retainer projects. But for these young founders, this is just the beginning. With plans to launch new ventures within the apparel space, Diva Daulti is not just a manufacturing company—it is a launchpad for the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs.
Their story serves as a powerful reminder: With the right vision and the courage to start small, you can build something that changes the industry.
