Kajal, originally from Ahmedabad, got her start in edtech after moving to Bangalore for her MBA in 2018. She quickly climbed the ranks in her first job, helping an edtech company grow massively from 20 to 1,200 employees by 2021. Later, she co-founded another venture that reached over ₹115 crore in annual revenue before she left in July 2024.
Ritesh Jain, from Udaipur, brought international experience. With an MBA from New Zealand, he had worked in fields like telecom and overseas education consulting and had even successfully run his own business. When they met in September 2024, their goals instantly matched.
